For the past three years, Nils has been an active member of Black Eagle Lodge, serving in chapter and lodge ceremonies and helping create positive, meaningful experiences for Arrowmen. 

Nils is especially passionate about making sure every Arrowman feels welcomed, connected, and excited to be part of the lodge. 

His interest in the New Induction Experience led him to Dallas, Texas, this summer, where he participated in a New Induction Experience alongside top Order of the Arrow leadership.  That experience gave Nils the opportunity to learn new approaches to welcoming and engaging new members while helping them build stronger connections within the OA.  

As part of the 2027 leadership team, Nils wants to bring that experience back to Black Eagle Lodge, strengthening our induction experience and helping every new Arrowman find a place in our lodge.
